How far in advance should we place our order?
Wedding Cakes – Honestly, the sooner the better. 6-9 months is the average.
Celebration Cakes and Desserts – 3-4 weeks is usually a great lead time.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes, we cater more as a lifestyle restriction, then a medical restriction due to the possibility of cross contamination.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations: Payments made up to the date of the cancellation are non-refundable.
If the Client reschedules their event, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date. If accommodations cannot be made, cancellation charges will be applied.
Do you deliver? Is there a fee and setup?
Yes, the delivery and setup fee is based on location.
Do you provide cake stands?
Yes, for a small rental fee, and refundable deposit.
Do you offer tastings, and how do we schedule?
Tuesday-Thursday on the hour from 3 PM to 7 PM. Weekend availability varies, depending on our cake delivery schedule. Please complete the Contact Us form and we will get you scheduled!
How far do you deliver?
100 mile radius from Farmers Branch.
Do you have a minimum order charge?
Our minimum event order is $125. Our minimum wedding order is $250.
How long have you been baking wedding cakes?
18+ years, baking is my love job.
